SHIPMENT AND FEES

As required by International laws regulating commerce and trade of Import and Export, all shipment from MICHELENEGRI.COM are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchase in Euro.

Sale items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.

Orders are shipped from MICHELENEGRI.COM in Florence , Italy, from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

MICHELE NEGRI. ships worldwide using DHL delivery.

MICHELE NEGRI shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond of the control of MICHELE NEGRI.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the client's address the package may risk being send back to Italy at the client's expense, including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy.

RETURN POLICY

MICHELE NEGRI guarantees the complete authenticity of each item featured.

Once the order is processing MICHELE NEGRI reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise. Clients will be informed it for any reason the item is not available or if the order cannot be processed as the clients request.

If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 days. Orders bought on sale over 50% off or on clearence sale cannot be returned or refunded

The Client must send an email to shop@negrifirenze.com within 14 days from the delivery date to request a return authorization.
Please send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by MICHELE NEGRI.

EXCHANGE & CONDITIONS

Items can be changed by a different size, colour and article
Items can be changed only when a different size or a different colour of the same item code is  available

Item(s) must not not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use

The security tag must still be intact and attached to returned item(s)

Items must be returned with the original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order

Shoes and accessories must be returned with their original boxes
MICHELE NEGRI Reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not send with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions

MICHELE NEGRI Will not accepted returns that doesn't follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.

DECLINATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

MICHELE NEGRI declines every responsibility of the possibility of eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors

MICHELE NEGRI also reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the web site with necessary, without giving prior notice
